Which channels does it work with?
Any channel your property management system syncs, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals and hundreds more. Your reply goes back to the guest on the channel they used.
Will it ever message a guest on its own?
No. Lazy Host drafts the reply and waits for you to text YES, NO or your own answer. The one exception is a true emergency: the guest gets a single line right away saying help is on the way (and to call 911 for fire, gas or smoke) while Lazy Host calls you.
What counts as an emergency?
Situations like lockouts, leaks, no heat or no power. Lazy Host calls your phone for these. If you miss the call, it texts you the details.
What if I'm unreachable?
Add backup cell phones for a co-host, cleaner or family member. If you're MIA, Lazy Host texts and calls your backups too. Your first backup phone is included, and each additional one is $10 a month. Each backup gets a text first to confirm they want alerts.
Can I turn off some notifications?
Yes. Choose any mix of bookings, inquiries, change requests, all guest messages and emergency calls.
